We had a fire last week. I was out on the porch when I saw a little smoke coming out of the dumpster.
I told the dood about it and he walked down to check it out since I couldn't tell if it was real smoke or just dust. He didn't see any flames so I called the apartment complex people. It took them 15 to send someone over. By then we had some nice smoke. While I was waiting I noticed that there were some buds on the try. 
The apartment guy showed up without a fire extinguisher cause I guess they didn't trust me when I called. He took another good 5-8 min to get back with one
By then I didn't know when he would be back so I called the fire department. 
It even took them 20 min to get the fire out. (Notice our little black car was the second car next to the dumpster.) I have no idea what was in there burning but I think they probably filled the dumpster half way with water before it went out.

I should have pointed out that the first photo is a good 30 min into the fire and the guy in red by the dumpster is the idiot who tried to put it out with 2 fire extinguishers.
