Growing up we used to go to a family reunion every July for my grandma's family. We didn't know any of my grandpa's family then one day he died. His sister and cousins came to the cemetery and now we know them. Last weekend we went to my grandpa's cousin's 80th birthday party.
(My first cousin twice removed.) It was fun. The dood and I were discussing how young we felt there and how great his parents are doing. (They turned 87 last week.)
Just add it up to one more thing that has kept me from blogging lately.
