For those that weren't sure, we are
Packer fans in our house. There is a story as to why. When Rick was 5 years old, his parents gave him a Packer's uniform. For him it was the coolest thing ever. We still have the helmet. Needless to say that the Super Bowl this year was a BIG event in our home. Rick had been wearing his Packer tie to church for weeks and even now he still has been wearing it in celebration. (I can't find a
Jeff Gordon or
ReAl Salt Lake tie.)
For watching the game of course we had to have some game food. Notice the Packer cup? I don't have any other photos of the day. Not really sure why. Maybe because I was too busy yelling at the tv. For as much as Rick loves the Packer's I hate the Steelers. They are my #1 disliked team in the NFL. We had a great time watching the Packers beat the Steelers. (mmm now I'm hungry for some game/race day food)
