OK this is really fast but why I have to stay private - It is because I royally pissed off Stephen's aunt last week. The funny thing is, this time I didn't mean to do it. Other times, yes. She sent a seriously nasty gram email to us on Christmas eve but fortunately, Rick doesn't check his email so we didn't get it until last night. Anyway, I don't think she is a stalker, she isn't that smart, BUT I can't risk it so I have to keep my blog private. Sorry for the added step. I really do blog regularly though so check back!

Lunch with The Birds

I am always amazed at how many birds show up at my lunch location. I finally was fast enough to grab a few photos of them. I enjoy them as long as they aren't crapping on my car!

For our anniversary we finally sat in line for In N Out shakes at our Draper location. My shake was MORE than worth it! (I think we were in line for 16 minutes.)

Happy 3rd Anniversary

Yesterday, December 14th, was Rick's and my 3rd anniversary. Since we are building a home we decided to not spend much money. We went out to dinner on Saturday night and lunch on Monday. For lunch, we went to Chili's where we had our very first lunch date. We even sat in the same booth and I think we probably even ordered the same things.Yes - We are sitting on the Ox at Temple Square

Rick brought me some balloons and a mini rose bush. I have this now at work and it is my goal to keep it alive until our home is done so I can plant it on our garden.
Rick and I have an incredible relationship. I am so grateful for him and our 3 years of being married.

Winter Driving

5 years ago I bought my second Subaru. I am sure glad I own it.

This was my commute in this morning. It took me an hour and 45 minutes to drive 19 miles.

This was my lunch break.

I am not looking forward to my drive home.

Thanksgiving 2009

A friend/family member mentioned today that she was "back-blogged" on her blog today. It made me giggle and realize, I have the SAME issue. I am going to try and catch up over the next few days.

Thanksgiving 2009 - It was fun!
We played tennis in the morning. We drove around with our balls (hehehe) and rackets in the front seat so they could feel the heat on them to warm them up. I made it through and entire basket and Rick only half when a string broke. My racket has been restrung twice since we bought it about 3 years ago but Rick's hadn't so I guess it was only time.
We went to Rick's sisters for a feast with lots of family. I always get teased that I am like an Asian with my camera taking photos of everyone and everything so this year i only took a few key photos.
We were home fairly early and just hung out the rest of the evening. I had a 5 day weekend and Rick had a 4 day one (he had to work on Sunday.) It was a very nice Thanksgiving.
